A Product Center Sales Associate will: (1) Constantly strive to know the most about the phones, applications and features sold in our locations. (2) Constantly strive to provide an incredible customer experience to every one of our customers. (3) Continually refresh his/her knowledge of selling skills (4) Actively strive to meet sales goals while providing an incredible customer experience by projecting a positive attitude that compels every customer to recommend us to their family and friends. |
Duties: |
Primary Responsibilities Include: Meet or Exceed Sales Goals: Engage customers to explore sales opportunities • Assist all customers in a friendly, prompt, professional and ethical manner • Conduct bill reviews on customers accounts • Maintain standards for personal activations • Learn how to use and demonstrate wireless applications for customers • Attend all required meetings • Take direction from and assist your store manager, team leader and regional sales manager whenever possible. |
Requirements: |
Must be 18 years of age or older • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends • MUST have reliable transportation • Bi-Lingual Spanish speaking a MUST • MUST successfully pass criminal background and reference checks • Excellent communication skills • Must be reliable and have high personal integrity • Compensation: Base salary plus commission. Expected pay is $30k to $50k per year. |
